Welcome to DominiQR (“we,” “our,” “us”), a service operated by OblivionWare Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our dynamic QR code and analytics service worldwide. By registering for an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms.

Registration and Accounts
You must provide a valid email to use DominiQR. You are responsible for all activities under your account. While we do not impose strict age restrictions, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Any data included in a QR code is publicly accessible; do not encode sensitive personal information.
Free Trials, Subscriptions, and Payment
Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial requiring a valid credit/debit card upfront. Unless you schedule a cancellation before the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to our paid "Essential" plan.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew. We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. We will notify you via email 30 days prior to any price changes.
Cancellation and Data Retention
You may schedule a cancellation at any time. You will retain full access until the end of your billed period. Once expired, your dynamic QR codes will be deactivated and stop redirecting until the subscription is renewed.
Data Retention: We guarantee the retention of your QR configurations and analytics for 6 months following subscription expiration. After this period, we reserve the right to delete this data.
EU Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, by providing payment details and accessing our digital service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. All fees are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You carry all legal consequences for your QR code destinations. You may not use DominiQR for illegal purposes, including phishing, malware, fraud, hate speech, or spam. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
Privacy and Compliance
Our data processing is governed by our
Privacy Policy. You are strictly responsible for ensuring your use of our analytics complies with your local privacy laws and for obtaining any necessary scan-user consents.
Service Level & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. OblivionWare Ltd provides no formal uptime guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OblivionWare Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of one hundred Euro (€100.00) or the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
